Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets and to project number of contacts to be made.
Manage, call upon, and sell service products including spare parts, oils, service plans, fixed pricing repairs, overhauls, etc. to customers in assigned area.
To promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer compressed air equipment of all types
To effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer compressed air equipment.
To carry out the install and commissioning of new equipment.
To train customers about operations of their Ingersoll-Rand compressed air equipment.
To identify spare parts for service orders, in the course of daily duties.
Profile of Candidate:
Qualification: BE Mechanical or Diploma from a reputed University/College. MBA would be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in industrial service sales experience a must, preferably in the compressor industry.
International experience would be an added advantage.
Must be willing to travel in Ghana and outside.
Good Communication skills in English is necessary for this position.
