Engage 60-100 users per day
Conduct high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to qualify leads and opportunities through calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, meetings, and social media
Participate in engagement and reengagement campaigns to increase app usage levels and retention rates
Convert/Upgrade a pre-set quota of users per month to paid subscriptions (Silver, Gold, or Platinum)
Convert/Upgrade pre-set number of users to paid subscriptions (commission earned here!)
Follow up on qualified leads and encourage them to upgrade
Work closely with sales and marketing team members to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies and create marketing and sales materials
Participate in planning and promotion of monthly special events targeting small business owners and/or entrepreneurship support organizations with an average attendance of 50 people
Maintain an adoption rate of >40% of small business attendees
Use 1+ OZÉ customers as a vendor for the special event and feature them and the event on social media
Actively contribute to OZÉ’s digital presence with at least 5 social media posts per week and 1 blog post (or other content piece) per month
Promote featured users and company marketing campaigns
Post awesome content that helps OZÉ build a hyper-engaged audience, beating engagement metrics of comparable companies.
Be a team player
Internal NPS of 8 or above from your teammates
Participate in all-hands meeting and 360 feedback sessions
Continuously learn by participating in 6 relevant webinars or by reading 6 relevant books per year and share what you learned with the team at monthly lunch & learns and/or through a blog post.
Recruit at least one awesome person to join our team; assist in the hiring and training of additional Business Development Associates – SMEs.
Work with product and tech teams to develop and implement product improvements
