Propose the development of “special offers” that can be used to drive our products and services.
Provide market, industry and competitive analysis and stay informed of competitive and collaborative products in the marketplace.
Assist in the development of sales targets for each team member under you and implement an incentive structure that meets the needs of the business and employee.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance appraisals and reward/sanction performance as best fit and subject yourself to same.
Be active member in the product development process; help identify blue oceans, gather clients’ inputs, develop appropriate documents, build prototypes, fine-tune concepts and ensure full products or services delivery.

2. Sales Leadership
Ensure that the company maximizes sales output with efficient sales processes and identify opportunities to improve or innovate sales processes and act accordingly.
Drive several sale promotion programs and ensure that they are executed within the allocated budget and performance target.
Obtain and maintain sales certifications and competencies necessary for the company’s partnership status with specified solution partners.
Provide pre-sales demonstrations, presentation and after-sales engagements.
Manage a successful sales processes and team to ensure that the company consistently meets or exceeds its monthly sales performance metrics.
Exhibit, create, train, coach and maintain a world-class sales culture to drive performance to deliver expected outcomes and sustain continuous improvement.
Be fully committed to business excellence and ensure value for money principles to drive business growth and sustainability.
Participate actively in marketing activities to create, implement and track successful marketing campaigns to drive sales.
Ensure that all issues related to sales, customer services and business development are being treated properly and quickly.
Identify opportunities to improve performance, increase profit growth and innovate sales processes and procedures.
Identify and take ownership of sales leads and referrals generated by customers, vendors and friends of the company.
Champion the development and implementation of robust strategic, tactical and operational for sales and business development activities of the company.
Continuously analyse the competitive landscape, identify key trends and developments and regularly update the Leadership Team, and bring ideas on new business opportunities or better way to deal with challenges.
3. Customer Service
Promote high standard of customer satisfaction and establish long-term connection with clients to keep them dedicated and attached to the company.
Deliver a structured customer services and sales management engagements to establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients to grow revenues.
Monitor clients’ industry developments issues and device ways to take advantage of the opportunities or deal will challenges.
Develop and ensure full implementation of the Customer Services strategy across the business.
Ensure the accurate processing of customer quotations, orders and order confirmations on time.
Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within the shortest possible time.
Champion continuous improvement in customer service standards across the organization.
Participate and contribute to leadership, management and staff meetings as appropriate.
Mine and analyze customer data to identify and plan for expansion and/or additional business opportunities.
Perform a proactive liaison role between customers and back office technical team to address customer issues on timely manner.
Interact periodically with clients to analyze and establish ongoing needs and to assist clients to better understand our products and services.
Develop and maintain a very comprehensive know your customer (KYC) system to ensure that the company is top of all its customers and their issues.
Participate in new staff recruitment, succession planning and talent management to continuously move the company forward.
